Mark J. Wilhelm
Mark’s dedication to craftsmanship surfaced over a quarter of a century ago, when he launched Amware Distribution Warehouses in Georgia and shepherded the growth of the corporation. As a result of his efforts, Amware today spans 11 states and incorporates 18 facilities.He began his career in a family-owned business and quickly demonstrated his expertise in all logistics disciplines, from warehousing to transportation. In his years at the helm of Amware Logistics Services, he has crafted it to be a national player in the logistics market.

Jim A. Smith
A skilled craftsman in the management of day-to-day operations, Jim brings to Amware first-hand knowledge of all operations, amassed over 27 years. His career was shaped at Trammel Crow Distribution Centers Incorporated and USCO Logistics Services during their pioneering period of quality initiatives and process improvements. Jim was involved in every logistics discipline at precisely the time when the logistics industry was transforming itself from "mom & pop" organizations to professionally run, highly visible corporations. As a result, Jim has the hands-on experience to propel Amware to new standards in quality, service and innovation.

Rob Doyle, President
Rob encompasses many of the values and abilities of a leader who can easily take control of any unexpected situation. His organizational, customer service, process improvement and team-building skills make him one of Amware’s most valuable assets.
