Multi-Site Logistics Manager

As our first Multi-Site Logistics Manager, Kristie is responsible for the management of key performance indicators (KPI) at both the Duluth and Lawrenceville locations. She will administer training programs, develop quality initiatives, and analyze trends to continuously improve the services we provide to our customers. Kristie will install the same sense of pride and teamwork into the Lawrenceville location that she has already installed in Duluth. With her "hands-on" management style, Kristie will help take our processes to new levels of quality and productivity by simply working smarter while having fun.

What Kristie Brings to the Table

Kristie brings over ten (10) years of Third Party Logistics to Amware. She has been in Atlanta since 1995 and is well known within the 3PL industry. She has proven expertise in handling such diverse commodities as lighting, electronics, automotive parts, industrial materials, and most recently, chemicals.

Accomplishments

With Warehouse Management courses through the Georgia Institute of Technology and WERC seminars, Kristie keeps her expertise up to date. She has most recently taken part in a National Association of Chemical Distribution audit where she attained the highest of scores. Kristie credits the successes of her processes and procedures to her solid grounding in Six Sigma methodology.
